We collect, use, and disclose personal information (including electronic information) for purposes consistent with those described in this policy or for other purposes permitted or required by law. Personal information is securely stored by us and our service providers and retained only as necessary. Subject to limited exceptions, you (the data subject) have the right to access information collected about you under current law within a reasonable timeframe.

Use of Personal Information

ZenasMR shall, at or before the time personal information is collected, identify the purposes for which market research activities have been determined. Personnel collecting personal information shall explain these determined purposes, or refer individuals to designated personnel within ZenasMR who can explain these purposes, upon request.

When personal information that has been collected is used for a purpose not previously identified, the new purpose shall be identified prior to use. Unless permitted or required by law, individuals shall be asked for their consent before personal information is used or disclosed for a new purpose.

ZenasMR may provide information from surveys to clients or other third parties in aggregated form. On an aggregate basis, it is not possible to identify individual respondents.

Consent

The collection, use, or disclosure of personal information requires the knowledge and consent of the individual. Participation in survey research is always voluntary. The purposes identified shall be stated in clear, concise terms that the individual can reasonably understand. In general, personal information collected during interviews will not be disclosed to third parties. However, sometimes clients sponsoring research projects may wish to contact respondents directly. Respondents are always free to choose whether to participate in surveys, to refrain from answering specific questions, and to stop participating at any time.

Sensitive Information

When collecting data for market research activities, ZenasMR may process "sensitive data," which is defined as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as processing genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health, or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation. Such data shall be processed only in accordance with applicable law.

Children

ZenasMR will not process children's personal data without the consent of parents, as required by local applicable law. If ZenasMR discovers that we have inadvertently collected such data without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.

Sharing Personal Information

ZenasMR will never pass your personal information to other organizations for their own sales or marketing purposes. We will only disclose your personal data to third parties for the following purposes and take necessary measures to ensure your personal data is processed, protected, and transmitted in accordance with applicable law:
We will not disclose personal data of participants in market research projects to entities outside of ZenasMR unless participants have explicitly consented for specific purposes. Depending on the circumstances, if it may be necessary to re-contact respondents to clarify responses to surveys or seek additional responses, ZenasMR shall retain personal information for a reasonable period to allow for such purposes.
